Silver gothic Ring
Gothic ring for men in sterling silver.
This signet ring is a gothic designed ring presenting an oval plate with a skull molded in relief in the center. The whole circumference of the plate is decorated with a large milgrain, these small silver balls of 1 millimeter in diameter give a contrasting decoration and look like a necklace of silver pearls.
The molded skull is between 3 and 4 millimeters high in relief depending on your finger size, it is polished while the bottom of the tray is blackened by oxidation of the silver, giving a nice contrast of color highlighting the skull details.
You will notice in the pictures the ring's sides decorated with regularly repeated gothic motifs reminiscent of a medieval knight's mesh knit. This pattern is nicely enhanced by the polishing of the silver in relief and the blackening of the hollows.
In size 10, the ring plate is 21 millimeters long by 18 millimeters wide and weighs 26 grams, making it a big ring that you can feel on your finger. Please, be aware that the weight of the silver of your ring can slightly vary depending on your ring size.
You will notice the great height of the ring plate which rises 10 millimeters above the finger in size 10.
