It is made of a twisted gold wires shank on top of which is set a round emerald cabochon stone that is 6 millimeters in diameter. The beautiful green emerald is a bezel set which ensures it will never be lost. The 6 mm cabochon cut gives enough depth so the deep green of the emerald will be very visible on your finger.

Emerald stone

Emerald stones are a fascinating gem whose best samples can be as expensive as diamonds. Its unique deep green color sets it apart from all other green gems. Also, emeralds are less hard than other precious stones with a hardness of 7 only on the Mohs scale, it offers an incredible vision on set on a gold shank put on your finger. Emerald is not as common as diamonds, rubies, and sapphires, but connoisseurs love it above all. As you may know, emeralds are not perfect and show very often inclusions and defects in their inner mineral structure. This ring is 6.5 millimeters wide at the level of the cabochon and 1.2 millimeters wide at the level of the ring body in twisted threads for a gold weight of 1 gram in size US 6. Note that the gold weight of your ring may vary slightly depending on your finger size.
