Custom onyx signet ring for men in sterling silver.
This ring is a custom intaglio ring design made in sterling silver and set with a rectangular black onyx stone engraved with a logo. As this ring is an example of a custom intaglio ring design, consider that the shank design and shape of the onyx intaglio can be adapted to your needs.
In the case of the ring shown in the picture, this is a pinky ring, so the shank is very small in size but can be adapted to your ring size with a different shape for the onyx stone and a different design for the shank.
The top of the ring is rectangular and the black onyx stone on top of it has the same shape, it is 3 millimeters thick. The onyx stone is engraved with thin lines of a logo with initials M and D at the center with a crown all around. This is a personalized logo engraved onto the black onyx stone, which can be changed upon request.
The black onyx stone is 18 millimeters long by 14 millimeters large and the top of the ring is 20 mm by 16 mm large. Such a large ring is perfect for sterling silver with a weight of 15 grams in this case, but would be quite heavy to be made of 18k gold.
Intaglio rings were a sign of status and power during the ancient Roman empire and were still used during the Middle Ages by nobles. Such a ring is a remnant of ancient handcraft and beauty.
